Brewing Notes: Mash at w 4g @ 171 to bring to 151 for 70 minutes
Mash out to 170. This took 1g of water
Sparged w. 3g to collect ~6g.
2 hour boil.
Gravity came in way low at 1.065. Nothing I could do as I had no DME.

Pitched onto yeast cake when it was still 90 degrees. Stupid idea, I know but I was grumpy. Bubbling noted within the hour. Fermentation was INSANE for 24 hours and then seemed to stop.

Racked to secondary 1/20/06. SG = 1.02. Drinking my hydrometer sample I'm amazed that it has turned out this well. Reminds me of Kalamazoo stout.
