Brewing Notes: Ahh, screwing up.

Somehow I only hit 138 with the inital infusion. So I added 4 qts of boiling water to bring to 148. Sat for 60 minutes, drained. Boil went OK. Added 1 TBS AP flour to encourage cloudiness.


Transferred to secondary 8/19. Split into 2 batches. 2.5 gallons got 5 pounds of local apricots, which had been frozen. The other 2.5 gallons remained plain.

Bottled 9/5. SG of Apricot = 1.004. SG of plain = 1.003. 28 bottles of apricot, 24 bottles of plain

Bottled 4.88 gallons total
