 Ingredients:

Grains/Extract/Sugars
10 lbs Bestmalz Pils
3.9 lbs German Munich   

Adjuncts/Random:
1 Tbs 5.2
.5 tsp yeast nutrient

Hops:
All cascade leaf hops @ 6.8 AAU:
1.5 oz (FWH)
0.5 oz (60)
0.75 oz (30)
1.25 oz (15)
1.25 oz (10)
1.25 oz (5)
1.2 oz (0)


2 oz (Dry) split over 2 additions


Yeast:
Safale US-05


Brewing Notes: First mash using my copper manifold! Huzzah!

Hit 153 & didn't really care, let it go with no adjustment. Added 8 qts @ mash out but still only hit 165.
Sparged w. 3 gallons.
boiled as usual. I did the calculation & it seemed like I was going to hit 1.072, rather than the expected 1.062 so I added 0.5oz leaf cascade @ 60 (originally the recipe was FWH/30)
Chilled as usual.

Transferred to secondary & added 1 oz dry hops on 9/5.
