 Ingredients:

Grains/Extract/Sugars
4 lbs Bestmalz Pils
4 lbs German Wheat Malt   

Adjuncts/Random:

Hops:
0.5 oz NZ Hallertauer (organic) @ 10.4 (mash hop)

Yeast:
Safale US-05/Lacto from grains


Brewing Notes: Dude, I really fucked this up.

First off, I should have only used a bit of water on the protein rest. Since I was in a rush & not paying attention, I used 1.25qt/lb. Bah. But whatever.

Then, I mashed all 8 pounds, rather than 7.5. So I'm going to have to add an additional .25 wheat & .25 pils to the sour mash.

Attempting to keep the sour mash @ 80F.
Kept sour mash around 75. Combined after 5 days. Transferred to secondary after 8 days. SG = 1.002
