5.5# Vienna
1# Carahell
1# Caravienna
1# Aromatic
.3# Special B
2# Flaked Maize   

Adjuncts/Random:

Hops:
.25oz NZ Hallertau @ 8.6 (120)

Yeast:
3765 Roselare


Brewing Notes: Mash:
Dough in grains & water with 10.25 qts @ 137 to hit 122. Hold 20 minutes.
Add 4.4 qts @ 210 to raise to 145, hold 20 minutes.
Add 6 qts @ 210 to raise to 162, hold 30 minutes (hit 157.5)
Add 3.9 qts @ 210 to raise to 169 AND 8 qts @ 170, hold 10 minutes

Collected 7.4 gallons

120 minute boil. Boiled down to 4.5 gallons

Ferment 1 week at 68, Transfer to secondary 6/27. SG = 1.036. Tastes good so far!
