Tasting Notes: Feedback from Decaturstevo
S.Saison--hazed golden pour with a recamy white head. The nose is everthing a saison should be. Corriander aroma from the yeast I’m sure. A very clean crisp drinker. Flavor is all it should be as well. Carbonation is very good and palate is all round solid. Couldn’t recommend that you do anything different, a really good beer. 4-8-8-4-17.

Feedback from Tim (IPFreely)
gushed like a guyser last night when I opened it. The beer was literally shooting about 5 or 6 feet. No biggie, just be careful with the remainders. The beer itself was very nice, extremely drinkable (you could quaff it if you wanted), nice active, yet soft, mouthfeel. Pretty yeasty, fruity. Besides losing about half of the bomber from gushing, I would say very nice job!

Review from KenB
22oz bottle via homebrew Myst swap (thanks Rudolf!). Cap says ’hen’. THis is quite the gusher, all over my office, keyboard, and floor. Will be right back after i grab some rags and lysol before my wife shows up..lol...(she hates the smell of beer).
Ok, this pours a hazy gold/amber with a massive head that finally recedes to a drinkable level after 10 minutes. Nose is pepper, ginger, and perhaps coriander. Starts sweet, then a bit of sourness comes into play which is sort of a cross between peach, cherry and brett. THe spiciness is there as well, a bit of ginger, and some earthiness in the semi-dry finish. Body is medium and carbonation is high. A very tasty beer that was well worth the clean-up!
